Show recent conversations that used sendinblue chat support

If you use Sendinblue conversations, you can display notifications on your site about support conversations that have been started

Step 1


You must have the pixel code installed on your site or landing page where you want to display the notification.


Step 2


Once you have created your campaign, when selecting you will find all the notifications that you have created:

  1. Create a new conversion notification
  2. Assign a Name to identify the notification
  3. Conversion Title: Use the following dynamic variables {visitor.contactAttributes.NAME} from {visitor.country}
  4. Conversion description: They started a conversation with Chat support.
  5. Image URL: you can change the image using any you select from this link
  6. Show order: You can use descending or random
  7. How many conversions to show? The recommended is 8 per page


Step 3 - Connecting webhook with sendinblue


Connecting the webhook tells us about an event or conversion that happened on your website related to this notification, we'll do the rest.

In your notification settings select Data and copy the webhook url


  1. Go to Sendinblue - conversations - settings - integrations, you can go directly with this link
  2. Add a new webhook, in the title identify: eNotify chat notifications and paste the URL you copied.
  3. In event type select conversation started
  4. Update

Now just save your eNotify notification and activate, notifications will start showing automatically as chats start on your site.
